Enrolment
Thank you for your interest in enrolment at Yanchep Rise Primary School. We understand choosing a school for your child is an important decision.
To enrol your child to Yanchep Rise Primary School you will need to download an application form and email it to [email protected] along with your child’s supporting documentation. These documents may be scanned or photographed and include:
- Birth Certificate or other identity documents;
- Australian Immunisation Register – AIR (downloadable from MyGov);
- Family Court or any other court orders (if applicable);
- Proof of address (two documents consisting of either lease agreement, rates notice, utilities bill, driver’s licence or statutory declaration);
- Information relating to suspensions;
- Information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable);
- If your child is not a permanent resident of Australia, you must provide evidence of current visa subclass and previous visa subclass (if applicable, such as if current visa is a bridging visa).

Out of Hours School Care
We are excited to welcome New Horizons to our school site. The OSHC will operate from in the Undercover Area, providing before and after school care, along with vacation care.
We are particularly pleased that the New Horizons team is local to the Yanchep area and has previously worked with many of our families. Their alignment with our school values and student expectations ensures a smooth and seamless transition from school to OSCH.
