Parent Information

Thank you for your interest in enrolment at Yanchep Rise Primary School.  We understand choosing a school for your child is an important decision.

To enrol your child to Yanchep Rise Primary School you will need to download an application form and email it to [email protected] along with your child’s supporting documentation. These documents may be scanned or photographed and include:

1. Birth Certificate or other identity documents;
2. Australian Immunisation Register – AIR (downloadable from MyGov);
3. Family Court or any other court orders (if applicable);
4. Proof of address (two documents consisting of either lease agreement, rates notice, utilities bill, driver’s licence);
5. Information relating to suspensions;
6. Information relating to health or medical condition, disability or additional needs (if applicable);
7. If your child is not a permanent resident of Australia, you must provide evidence of current visa subclass and previous visa subclass (if applicable, such as if current visa is a bridging visa).
